These terms cover your use of icelystudio.com and the creative services provided by Icely Studio ("we", "us"). By using the website or booking us you agree to them.

Using this website

• You may browse the site and share its pages for personal or business reference.
• You may not copy, scrape, resell or reuse our content, images or code without written permission.
• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

Our work and intellectual property

The website, its design and the work shown on it are protected by copyright and belong to Icely Studio or to the clients and brands credited, unless stated otherwise. Some projects shown are personal, concept or non-commercial pieces and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or commissioned by the brands they depict. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Services and quotes

• Prices shown on this site, including "from" prices, are a guide. The final price, scope, deliverables and timeline are confirmed in a written proposal or quote before work starts.
• A project begins when you accept the proposal and any deposit due has been paid.
• Timelines depend on timely briefs, feedback and approvals from you.

Payments

Payment amounts, milestones and due dates are set out in each proposal or invoice. Work may be paused if an invoice is overdue. Please see our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed in the pricing section. Additional rounds, or changes beyond the agreed scope, are quoted separately.

Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to give us any brand assets, products, footage, music or other material you supply, and that using them as briefed does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Ownership of final work

On full payment, you receive the rights to use the final delivered work as agreed in your proposal. Unless the proposal says otherwise, we may show the work in our portfolio and on social channels, and we keep ownership of our working files, tools and methods.

Confidentiality

If your project is confidential, tell us before the kickoff call and we will treat it as such. We will not share your private briefs or unreleased work without your permission.

Liability

We do our work with care, but to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost business.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Projects already agreed continue under the terms in force when they began.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the courts of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem directly.
