Privacy Policy

Icely Studio ("we", "us") is a 3D, CGI and motion design studio based in India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through icelystudio.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you book a call, email us or send a brief, we receive what you share: your name, email address, time zone, company and any notes about your project.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit. We use this to deliver the site and keep it secure, not to build profiles of individual visitors.
• Aggregated usage statistics. Our hosting platform, Framer, provides anonymous page-view statistics. These do not rely on cookies.

We do not ask for more than we need, and we do not collect payment card details through this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiries and schedule calls.
• To prepare quotes and deliver projects you commission.
• To keep the website working, secure and fast.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Framer, which hosts this website.
• Cal.com, which runs our call-booking calendar. It loads only when you choose to open the booking card.
• The video-call tool used for your meeting, if you choose one when booking.
• Vimeo, which hosts some of the project videos on our work pages.
• Our email provider, for the messages you send us.

These providers have their own privacy policies and may process data outside India. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after a reasonable period, and project and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and where it applies the EU or UK GDPR, you can:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
• ask us to correct or complete it;
• ask us to erase it;
• withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time;
• raise a complaint or grievance with us, and with the relevant data protection authority.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
